Throughout the session, participants experience the importance of listening and investigating one’s audience in order to deliver a message efficiently. They practice techniques such as active listening, questioning, reformulation and become aware of the stakes and power of good communication: building trust and stronger relationships, affirming one’s authority and expertise, solving problems more efficiently and breaking silos thus unlocking new opportunities throughout the company.

After developing a growth mindset this rises to 77%.
